上星期六不像往常那样听seminar或是义工活动
而是玩游戏
名称是World Trade Game。
Wow~ 听起来就很像要去打仗一样！
主办当局是第一次Seds有介绍过的CCSS。
因为这次参与人数有限，不能12个国家都组3个人
只好一个国家1-2人进行贸易而已
我就很不幸运的成为其中一个只有1个人的国家-brazil
一个以农物业盛名的agricultural, or a so-called "poor" country。
虽然已经解释了很多很多次游戏玩法和条规
但对我这种吸收力超慢，加上没有伙伴的人来说还是挺复杂的
下面就是游戏时需要到的资料：
① High-skill labour
② Low-skill labour
③ Country table, 记录着现在拥有的raw materials和必须获得的end products
④ 我的自拟计划表
⑤ 计分表
还有现金，brazil只能有4,000
因为我是贫困国家……
玩法其实不复杂
就是要在限时内用raw material去跟别的国家或银行交换成end products
可以exceed不可以有shortages
惩罚是在下一回游戏中，必须获得的end product还要加上上一回缺少的数量。
我手脚和头脑都很慢
一开始都玩的一塌糊涂
原料和成品还糊里糊涂的被别人偷走都还不知道
真的很差劲 -︵-
还好一直都有在进步
最后成绩也没有太难看
忘了最后胜利的是哪一国了
只记得美国是最强势的
有钱、不缺劳力、不会有人失业、也不缺raw material
而且还可以大方的帮助其它比较弱势的国家
开始时我不知道玩这个游戏的真正目的
所以我没有办法发言，感觉很糟糕
后来有解释说，world trade game是有以下的objectives:
integration, communication, co-operation, team work, learn to face interventions, challenge to changes in situations, and last but not least having fun!
I was really having lotza fun~ coz i like to play and dont like to act seriously when playing, heee
by the way, this is a serious game which require me to behave serious which i am unable to. sad hor.. anyway i enjoyed and learned.
Oh ya, the most important thing in that day's activity was a talk by Prof. Tan who our Mr Stephen Leong referred as his best friend.
He shared the environmental issues with us before the game started.
I was truly enjoyed the short yet interesting talk. I was so impressed.
Would like to attend his seminars if there is any chance in future (:
